Easily add items to your backer order list, or generate a new CSV email list of VIPs that actually backed the campaign!

This web-app tool matches CSV emails and customer orders between your VIP Email List and Kickstarter Backer Lists, and either manually adds an add-on item to their order or generates a new CSV order sheet of VIPs that backed your campaign but didn't grab the Early Bird tier.

If you do not specify an add-on item to be added, and do not specify to remove any pledge tier text, it will simply merge both CSV files to output a new CSV of your VIPs who backed the campaign.


For VIP Add-ons: this web-app tool can manually increment the desired add-on in your backer list for all VIPs who backed the campaign. If no VIP List is uploaded, then the tool will increment all backer orders for that specific add-on item. Provide this new CSV order sheet to your manufacturer or 3PL company for fulfillment.

For VIP Deposits: you can insert a keyword, such as a pledge tier "Early Bird", and remove those Rows from the customer order sheet. This will reveal your VIPs who placed a $1 Deposit, backed the campaign, but did not catch the time-limited Early Bird reward tier. You can use a service such as GiftoGram app to upload your VIP Backer List and digitally deliver bulk giftcards equivalent to the difference between the Early Bird tier and the regular Kickstarter Special reward tier.
